Accommodation & Amenities

Are bed linens and towels provided?

They are included only for guests staying in the Cosy Chalets with Nordic bath. For all other accommodation types, a linen kit is available as an optional extra for 15 € per person.

Do the accommodations come with duvets and pillows?

Yes, absolutely. All our rental properties are fully equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.

Is there a coffee maker in the accommodation?

Yes, each accommodation features both a standard electric filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

Are properties equipped with a raclette or fondue set?

These traditional alpine cooking appliances are available to borrow for free from the front desk, subject to availability.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi access is entirely free of charge in all public areas of the resort and in the vast majority of our accommodations.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included?

No, final cleaning is not included. You can either clean the property yourself before departure or add it as an optional paid service, ranging from 39 € to 69 € depending on the size of your accommodation.

Slope Access & Skiing

Where can I store my ski equipment?

Private and secure ski lockers are at your disposal directly within the holiday residence.

Is it easy to reach the slopes with children?

Yes, it is very straightforward. The main snow front and ski lifts are located just about 200 meters away, making it an easy walk for families.

Is there a resort shuttle service?

Yes, a free shuttle bus operates throughout the resort during the winter season only.

Wellness: Pool & Relaxation

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, our covered outdoor pool is heated to a comfortable 27°C all season long.

Is there a specific dress code for the Nordic bath and sauna?

Standard swimwear is required to access the wellness facilities. We highly recommend booking your relaxation session in advance at the reception desk.

Dining & Services

Can we order fresh bread and pastries?

Yes, you can. Place your order the day before at the reception desk, and fresh bread and pastries will be delivered the following morning right to your doorstep.

Is there an on-site restaurant?

Our restaurant is open during July and August for dinner only, and it also features a convenient takeaway menu.

Do you offer a breakfast service?

Yes, breakfast is available when ordered the previous day. It will be delivered straight to your accommodation in the morning.

Arrivals & Logistics

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts from 17:00 (5:00 PM) on your arrival day. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM on your departure day.

Can I unload my luggage in front of my accommodation?

Yes, temporary vehicular access is permitted right outside your lodging to make unloading bags easy. Afterwards, you will need to park your car in the resort’s free parking lot.

Is a security deposit required upon arrival?

Yes, a mandatory security deposit of 400 € is required at check-in, settled via a standard credit card pre-authorization hold.

Families & Activities

Is there a kids’ club at the resort?

Yes, a kids’ club runs during the summer season, offering one organized afternoon of activities per week.

Where can I find the entertainment and activity program?

The complete schedule and all resort entertainment details are available in real time on the official Sunêlia Les Logis d’Orres mobile app.
