Sunêlia Les Logis d’Orres offers you 52 equipped accommodations with a plunging view of the valley and the Serre-Ponçon lake.

Studios, apartments or chalets, from 2 to 10 people, welcome holidaymakers who come to breathe in nature, contemplate the peaks and enjoy a sporty holiday.

For your winter holidays, the Sunelia les Logis d’Orres has a quiet location, on the edge of the family resort of Les Orres, in the Southern Alps: 200 m from the Champs Lacas chairlift, return on skis.

For your summer holidays, enjoy the many activities between the Serre-Ponçon lake and the Hautes Alpes mountains.”

Reception

Reception open in season:

• Weekdays 9am-12pm / 2pm-7pm
  Saturday 8am-12:30pm / 2pm-7pm
  Sunday 9am-12pm / 2pm-6pm

Reception open out of season:

• Reception open out of season: Monday to Saturday: 9am-12pm / 2pm-6pm.  (Varies depending on the season, inquire)

Arrival/Departure

• Arrival: 4pm-7pm.
• Departure: 8am-10am.

If you plan to arrive after reception opening hours, call the residence directly to find out about the late arrival procedure on 04 92 44 00 07.

Languages ​​spoken: French, English and Dutch.

Caution

A deposit of 400 euros will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not cashed, except for online banks) and returned at the latest within 7 days after the day of your departure, except for damage or non-compliance with the conditions. Without a deposit, the key cannot be handed over.

“Le Comptoir des Chalets” is open in season 6/7 days from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Come and taste our mountain specialties in a friendly atmosphere.

Come and taste a crepe, a waffle around a glass of mulled wine, a hot or cold drink. Every day during reception opening hours.

Rental of raclette, fondue, crepe machines…

Aquatic area:

Heated outdoor swimming pool open all year (opening times vary depending on the season, inquire).

Nordic bath by reservation: €15 for 30 minutes. (In the off-season, inquire).

Sauna by reservation: €15 for 30 minutes (In the off-season, inquire)

Other services

SHEETS AND TOWELS:

Sheets and towels kits are extra, to be booked 8 days before your arrival maximum for a rate of €15 per person for the duration of your stay. On the day of your departure, for hygiene reasons, please remove sheets and towels and put the laundry in the bag provided and then in front of your accommodation.

BABY KIT:

On request we lend free of charge and subject to availability: bed, chair and bathtub. On the day of your departure please clean and fold the equipment and leave it in front of your accommodation.

ANIMALS:

We accept our animal friends (supplement of €10/day/animal).

ELECTRIC CAR:

You can recharge your vehicle at a rate of €15 per day.

END OF STAY CLEANING:

is to be done by yourself or paid according to the following scale:

• Studio 2/3 – €39
  Apartment 6 people/double studio 5 – €49
  Chalet and apartment 10 people – €69

The paid end of stay cleaning does not include: cleaning the kitchen, dishes and emptying the trash.

The establishment reserves the right to add a supplement of €25 if the minimum is not done according to the conditions above.

Activities

In winter: many activities are available during the school holidays. (Ask for information).

In summer: Sunny club for 6 to 12 year olds (one afternoon per week) and many other activities for the whole family during the week (evening entertainment, open-air cinema, stargazing, local producers’ market, show, fair, sports activities, etc. ask for information).
